Our client is looking for a

Head of Speech // Software (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Leading the Lead Speech Software Module team with 14 direct reports
• Implementation of our strategy to develop the next generation of in-car speech assistants
• Evaluate new features and system requirements
• Together with the team and partners, you will design, implement and test software components for embedded platforms and the cloud
• Project management for Speech for all infotainment generations
• Global test coordination and responsibility including test automation
• Lead an agile working model together with development teams in different time zones
• Debug and analyze performance and system resource consumption of software modules
• Coordinate and manage external partners including budget responsibility
• Promote internal software development culture across teams and hubs globally
