
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to manage and grow international automotive customers in the e-mobility sector. You will lead Key Account Management and Business Development, drive commercial project execution, and translate market and customer insights into product roadmaps.

- Manage strategic international accounts with major OEMs (German, Scandinavian, Asian)
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial project execution
- Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs
- Support product roadmap and business growth initiatives
- 5+ years as KAM or BD Manager in automotive power electronics (HV/LV)
- Strong commercial and technical knowledge in e-mobility
- Experience with OEM account management and contract negotiations
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Permanent contract directly with a Swiss pioneer in e-mobility
