For our growing team we are looking for the next possible date for a

Research Engineer (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• You will take over electrochemical building blocks from pre-development, implement new materials and realize functional scaling to cell designs.
• You will develope of manufacturable and scalable recipes, as well as the specification, testing and definition of all electrochemical active components according to the cell design.
• You will be the technical contact person to the component supplier.
• You have to define the relevant test routines for performance validation together with Testing & Analytics.
• You will be responsible fort he electrochemical cell design within the assigned project.

Your profile:

• A successfully completed Master's degree in the field of electrochemistry or materials science - a doctorate would be an advantage
• Experience in the design of lithium-ion cells with regard to electrodes and other electrochemically active components would be a plus
• Team-oriented and empathetic
• Fluent in English
• Communication, consulting, negotiation skills and persuasiveness are among your strengths
• Already coordinated and promoted interdisciplinary teamwork
• Computer skills (MS Office package, SAP)
• Proper in adequately using modern electronic data processing systems
